about me

Nichole Lubcke is a multidisciplinary artist and teacher living and working in the South West region of Western Australia. She gained her Bachelor of Visual Art and Writing from Edith Cowan University in 2003 and completed a Graduate Diploma of Secondary Teaching in 2016. Nichole holds additional qualifications in Art and Design and Fashion and Textiles.

Nichole works across various disciplines, including textiles, printmaking and ceramics, with her current body of work exploring the vessel as a metaphor for female identity and the duality of strength and fragility.
